Hi, I'm Dor, 32 years old, with a bachelor's degree in law. In the past I was involved in the world of real estate. Always the "salesman".
Salesman was a kind of rude word, something that is associated with a negative connotation of "selling", "closing" and whatever... so it's a little different for me. I believe that selling is born out of necessity, out of desire. If you know how to give the customer the details, the processes and the data, he will know how to make the right decision.
I believe that it is not enough for the salesperson to be warm and cordial, but a high level of sensitivity is required from him, and even self-experience. And so, I personally experienced a process that changed my appearance and feeling from end to end.
I believe in creating closeness and a personal connection, sometimes the solution is simple and sometimes you have to be creative. But I will always show the client what is possible and will not give him false hopes.
Since I experienced the process myself, it is very easy to convey and share the experience that changed my life.
