Hi, my name is Hila, CEO My Hair, Married and mother of two beauties and has a bachelor's degree in business administration.
They say that "everything starts at home", and indeed the amazing journey I went through in my life started from infancy from my parents, who gave me all the tools to actually manage this unique type of enterprise.
My mother, who was a dentist's assistant since the time of the army, and my father, the eternal entrepreneur, gave me the foundation for everything I experience today.
I started my path of understanding and learning as a telephone operator at the family dental clinic and from there I continued to study BA in business administration specializing in marketing.
Today I am a continuing generation and the CEO of two companies dealing in aesthetics and teeth, one of the largest and most talked about in the south of the country.
During my journey I won many projects throughout the country as a lecturer, consultant and trainer in the field of medicine.
I led marketing processes for senior doctors while managing dozens of employees and providing service to tens of thousands of patients.
About 3 years ago, I was exposed to an article on one of the television channels Hair transplants In Turkey, the article fascinated me and not long after I found myself on a plane on my way to Istanbul in order to bring this wonderful solution to the Israeli audience.
In Turkey, I did extensive and in-depth research on the treatment methods while visiting the leading clinics in the field in order to bring the information and the revolutionary technology to the Land of Israel.
I came to know that this is not a special technology but an artistic specialization that combines the Sisyphean work of a large workforce with tremendous experience and special skill.
I saw workers performing a hair transplant with perfect precision and amazing technique without moving for 8-10 hours, and then I realized that sometimes you have to "leave it to the experts".
Upon my return to Israel it was clear to me that I would take part in this field and I immediately chose the best center and started accompanying groups for hair transplants in Turkey.
With the growing demand among the Israelis in a dizzying way and my desire to grow, succeed and provide the highest standard of response to the Israeli audience, I opened the My Hair which provides services to dozens of stars in the industry and patients in Israel and abroad.
On the company's banner I repented to give a quality service, a real basis, father and mother and an Israeli answer.
